Unfortunately a lot of you are.. Luckily for us, as Cath says its not all of you.. Else it would be a very sad existence for most woman having men like that in our lives..

My 2c

At my previous workplace there were a lot of affairs taking place. What I can tell you is it is causes division and tension in the ranks, and generally encourages the formation of cliques.

If the guilty party happens to be your manager it also tends to affect you and you get short-changed and neglected. Stuff doesn't get done.
