Yes, yes i know another HATE TELKOM thread! But i cant wrap my head around why it is so difficult for the idiotic inbreads to do simple things right. They created a 1GB acc for me when it was suppose to be 2GB. They tell me i have to wait for the end of the month to change this, WHY?!?!? **** only knows, this was last month btw. End of month i go into a telkom office and tell the lady this, she logs a 'dispute' what ever the hell that means. Now i still have a 1GB. Now i phone telkom and the lady tells me that if she creates me a 2GB acc then i 'might' (probably will) be charged for both the 1GB and 2GB and that i must wait for Credit Department to call me to sort out the dispute before she can create the acc so that i wont be wrongly charged.
SO CAN SOMEONE ANYONE TELL ME WHY IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM OF CHANGING MY ACC FROM 1GB to 2GB?!?!?!?!?
