5 medallion portions of skin-off deep water hake.

What to do, what to do?!?

lemon, butter, garlic, herbs. wrap in tinfoil. toss on fire. send me your address...

Hmmm a fish curry maybe?

I have been considering that strongly.

I have curry powder and curry paste. I have coconut cream. I have onions. I have sushi rice. I have stir fry vegetables and soy sauce.

It's a fine skill that takes years to master.

EDIT: That said … I'm still a novice.

Some people on this forum are way better than I am. They post pics of their fooooood … and so on.

You have a bad habit of posting teasers to really boring questions that didn't need to be threads.

Read the packet instructions

http://www.woolworths.co.za/store/p...Frozen-Hake-Medallions-450g/_/A-6005000415087
Instructions
Bake 180°C - 15 minutes: Cook from frozen.Preheat oven to 180°C.Place the hake medallions in a well-buttered baking dish, brush with melted butter and season to taste. Cover the dish and bake about 10 minutes. Remove the cover and bake further 5 minutes, until cooked through. Pan Fry 8-12 minutes: Heat a little oil and butter in a medium-sized frying pan on medium heat. Run frozen medallions under lukewarm water for about 10 seconds. Place frozen medallions in a frying pan for 4-6 minutes on each side, repeating until fish is cooked through. As domestic ovens vary these times are a guide only.

Thinking a little bit more laterally, it's a cool concept for a thread. You come come in here and dump something that you've been mulling over but undecided about.

For Example:
"I have..." a lot of 18650 Li-Ion Batteries betwen 1000mAh to 3000mAh and wondering what to do with them
