I keep getting disconnected when doing a speedtest

Hi all

I hope someone can shed light on the problem I have regarding my 1mb line.

Whenever I try and do a speedtest (via mybb or Speedtest.com) I lose my connection when it tests the upload speed.

This is been ongoing for the past 3 or so months.

I am on a 1mb Weekender package with Cybersmart.

Any advice or solutions?
