Don't you think Live Help on a website is really useful!
Problem is the South African ones are never online...:mad::mad::mad:
 
Yea ... Linksys is awesome and they DO help. Pinnacle Systems is plain crap ... never know what they're doing
 
Do they actually Resolve Problems..
live help is awesome tons of companies are using them, even Toyota, IBM, etc, but international websites.. Very nice and will speed up business ;) but there typing skill must be really fast :) and im sure they've a drop zone with text already in place :)

This is the first thread you started which I like, congrats man! ;)

I just bought myself a cool watch on www.casioworld.co.za

I ordered it and then I realized I had not received their banking details, so I clicked the live help button, voila, a lady took my chat request and she helped me. ( I have to wait for stock confirmation)

Then I realized after googling for more info about the watch I ordered it actually had a 10 year battery and not 3 years like their site says. I clicked the live help again, she apologized for the mistake and confirmed it was indeed a 10 year battery!

Great service, I'm a happy customer (now I'm holding thumbs that they have stock for the watch I want) :p
 
The first time I used this was at RackSpace and they frigging rock when it comes to this!
