i-mate JAM: Help needed

Iv tried updating my rom but it just stuck at 45% on stage 2, at the bottom it says it would take 20mins but it has been pass 20mins (approx 45mins), my pc is not frozen or anything..
What do i do nw?

Hard reset the device ... Press and hold the power button and stick the Stylus in the soft reset button simultaneuosly ...
Your device should reboot ...
