I like this: "The 'right' after-school activities are your child's first 'branding' moments Jennifer Howze" it was on the same page, in the banner. Branding with a knife for boys and with a classmate's penis for girls. Well there is something there for everyone in SA's schools.
And best of all is this reply:
"According to Wikipedia: “In London alone, there were 12,589 knife-related crimes in 2007. Police say the most likely people to carry knives are males ages 15 to 18.”
And no one is asking whether or not London will be a good host for the 2012 Olympic Games. Crime is an issue in SOuth Africa, but we South Africans (some of us having fallen victim to crime) understand the situation better.
We don't really care what former colonial masters in London say about our country. We are a sovereign state, and if you don't like our country, simply stay at home."

He forgot to mention the ethinic make up of many of those who perpetrate violent crime in London, London's greater reporting of crime - where knife related incidents include the 'flashing of a knife' to someone else - not even its use and the fact that it's not school pupils who are stabbing each other in London for that matter most violence in SA is outside schools too but the figures here are astronomically bad. Rape is like saying Hello, in SA schools.
SAD very sad but what can you do when people are in denial that things are not well. No discipline for the punks these days - the same thugs who rape schoolgirls and shoot teachers hijack cars and invade homes.
