Plascon Wall and All. Its always cheapest at Makro, so buy it there.
Are you painting yourself? If so, take your hand and rub over the exterior of your walls, if it's powdery, best to prime it, but generally repriming it (which can be a headache) is best.
So what to do. Is scrub off all the bad spots and clean them up with sugar soap. Any mold wash with sugar soap and bleach. The high pressure spray it off (a entry bosch aquaattack or karcher will do it - you can buy at makro). So then spray off the walls, be careful as the high pressure sprayer can make holes, so hold a distance away, and clean it all off.
Then buy Plascon Primer (you can buy some anti mold additive, and add this). Then prime your entire house (Basically doing this will make sure you double the lifespan of your paint.) Then roll on Plascon Wall and All (Its expensive). But effectively once its primed and painted properly you wouldn't have to paint anytime soon.
Effectively it can last upto 30 years if you did this, and did it properly. But you wouldn't have to worry with any issues. And when it gets dirty, just use the karcher on the wash feature (different nozzle, the bosch can adjust to it) and spray it clean.
My neighbor has painted there house twice after I painted mine, and their latest paint is peeling again. they used Dulux.
So all and all, it can take a bit more work, but it will last much longer. Try an off colour, not white.
For interior, always use Double Velvet, and for doors and Trims use Velvaglo (oil based).
