The company who supports us, today they have +- 60 Engineers.
The Owner of the company started it from a Ticky Box Pay phone now we spend about 300K with them in a year, and they have plenty of customers

Well, I am probably going to be unpopular for even suggesting this, but nothing really beats old school cold calling/hunting/prospecting. I have started my own businesses, partnered, consulted, mentored or coached the startup of roughly 60 new businesses, and as an ex consultant at a business bank I was involved during the startup phase (funding and financing where everything is evaluated) of thousands of businesses.

So trust me when I say no matter what industry you are involved in, what work you do. Face to face time with your clients is simply the most effective way of doing it. If you want I can send you an email with a basic strategy you can use to get your first clients.

P.S. I am not saying not to do your online advertising, I am saying that you shouldnt drink your own cool-aid you sell your clients.

Hi, I've been using the Payoneer card for years. Works 100% on all ATM's. Just make sure you have funds available. Some ATM's eat the card if the balance is 0.

Try not to showcase your portfolio with Flash. It isn't used much any more and isn't supported on iDevices. Use a good JavaScript library instead.

Why would you give up being a C# developer for freelance graphic animation? I would imagine it's a big step backward in pay.

Not that big if you consider the vast chunk of personal life, blood sweat and tears that goes into a Developer Career. (And in Pretoria, most Developers earn less than Juniors get in JHB.)

Also, now I'm having fun and I'm a lot more chilled. That's something you can't really put a price on, and I can give my own projects and ideas all the attention they need.

So, it's a small loss for a huge long term gain.

All that site does is display an iframe of your site the size that a iPhone/tablet/etc would display.
It's still rendering the site through the browser and since your browser supports flash it will render it.

When viewed on an actual iPhone the flash stuff won't display as it doesn't support flash.

Hi. You were right, it looks different. But it works out fine. I'll just adjust the headers to accommodate for how the ipad will display it.

If you want to reach local clients attend conferences, give talks, punt yourself like no tomorrow, go to film schools etc.

Agreed. Join groups and attend conferences / get-togethers like Silicon Cape, Startup Grind, etc. You'll learn from these, and also get to mingle with people who could be potential clients.
