I need a Y-CABLE

So I was thinking of trying to fix the issue I've had with my old HTC Mozart however it looks like I need a y-cable now as I have upgraded the phone, and with it came a new loader or something.

So does anyone know where in Cape Town (the Southern Suburbs) I can get a y-cable,

I do not have the required materials to make it nor do I want to order it on the internet.
