I've been trying to buy bandwidth all day so I can download stuff for work but surprise surprise iburst's website isn't working properly.

If one of the iburst reps could please assist me it would be much appreciated.
 
really?.. it seems the only way to get support is to post on these "random" forums.

So it "seems", but personally I've always found that directly dealing with the company involved gets better results than whining on a forums, strangely enough it seems to work.
 
There you go, one phone call later and the site is back up. But, just a warning, the logged in section is no longer https - it's not secure. So if you are buying bandwidth, i highly suggest you DO NOY PUT IN CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Actually dealing with MWEB and iBurst on this forum yielded many more satisfactory results than calling them did.
 
Well now it's a bit late for me to be buying bandwidth... I payed R350 to download a few applications at an internet cafe' :mad:

Looks like the new SSL cert has been installed and the logged-in section is secure again.
