I need help with a D-Link Loadbalancer.

I have a Model: DI-LB604 which is currently splitting my bandwidth over 2 4mg adsl lines. Can someone tell me how to split the local and international traffic on the router?

Do you have separate accounts for Local & International?
Does the router support multiple concurrent PPPoE sessions?

I currently have a pay as you go webafrica account on 2 net star routers. And it does support multiple concurrent PPPoE sessions (8).
I will get a local account as soon as I can get the thing to work
