I need help with fixing something on my car...

Hi Guys

I need some help with fixing my car, hoping someone here knows what to do.

The rim/frame/edging (I don't know the actual name) of the back door on the drivers side has come off. It looks like it clipped on at some point, but there is nothing to clip it on now.

How do I fix this myself? Can I glue it back on? If so, what glue do I use? Or can I buy new clips?

BMW want to charge 10k to fix it

Looks like you need to get new clips for those, check at Goldwagen.

Ask BMW the price of the clips as I doubt you will get them anywhere else, ask at a different one not the one that quoted you R10k.

Or just ask for the whole trim plus clips set.

second hand spares. There will be clips that are perfect, pay a bit extra and they will fit it. Will be less than 2k for clips and fitment.

Next time anyones getting arrested in those F30 BMWs grab the clips and parts. we can resell them.

The thin double sided tape on top of the clips and fix the rain gutter firmly on the clips, close the door to apply pressure for a couple of days.
