Good evening

This morning around 10:25 I was involved in a minor accident, the other idiot didn't stop at the stop sign I had a right of way. My bumper is damaged I did report the accident to the insurance, but I think I will fix the car myself.

I managed to get the driver's license plate he said he is not at fault he couldn't see because a taxi, blocked him and his car is not damaged then he ran away.

Luckily I have a dash board camera that captured everything, indeed he didn't stop at the stop sign I did ring the horn unfortunately it was too late. So I just want to ask is it possible to trace him, using the license plate number and where do I begin with that process.

I just want to show him that he is wrong and he must take some sort of responsibility for what happened.
 
Report to the police.
Report to your insurance with police case number.
Let them deal with it.
 
Go report it to the police, get a accident report and they will do the work, hopefully. He must fix your car if he is at fault. Next time he'll run over a kid and drive away.
 
He is at fault it the footage is clear he didn't stop at the stop sign, while other car waited for me to pass. I did report the accident to my insurance I will go to the police station, tomorrow I will go with the footage also.
