I am looking for a web page with a satellite service that downloads off the satellite but you need your telkom line to upload!

i asked them to download an mp3 for me from a site that international users can download up to 190K/s and sainet only managed 10.9K/s

I got a account from Sainet for sat, but when i connect with GPRS, and when connect to the VPN, and is connected, it says it cant find the sites, is their a setting what is not right?

Proxy i have to enter in IE?
Or is GPRS really just too slow for the VPN? I heard of ppl what connect with GPRS and all is well then....

Any help from a pro who do the same as me... please help.

uhm for 2-way internet you need a vsat solution. First one i can think of is Spacestream/Telkom. I think its costly though with usage model package and pay per but its darn expensive just google 'spacestream telkom' speeds go from 64k to 512k.

Here's an article on it. Not sure if there are other providers of vsat. Maybe you can find more.
