I need some help please

can not get in to my e-mail account since 3pm today. I get the message;
"Host openweb could not be found. verify that the correct name of server was entered Port 110, secure(SSL) No, Socket error 11004 - error nr 0x800CCC0D"

Internet connection is fine otherwise. Only email is messed up.

It seems that the openweb server is down, my openbrowse server is also down
