Ok, I go sort of a problem......

Friday the 6th of January Bloems internet went crazy.. things crashed and overseas was almost imposable to get onto.

Then later that they sorted it out, 70+ tho and so on.
Sunday they replaced everything that was broken and said all was working fine. Yet when i ping or play games, my ping is 70 or above.

20 phone calls later in one week they finaly sent some one over to check our line, no problems the guy who looked at our line spent an hour trying to figer out why its doing this. At the end i got no answers, ISP said the only thing that could be doing this is port shaping?!?! all this and they cant help me anymore. what can i do to fix this? whole of Bloem is getting it even on a 1024k line 70+ ping......

Can anyone help me? :confused:
 
get traceroute and see where you have packet loss. if you want to analyse your line http your router if telkom go on adsl on webaccess interface. look at SNR and ATTen.. and signal loss. SNR and ATT. 50 to 62 magor cable problems.
