Hi robertv. What brand have the good stuff.
Honestly surprised that people though Robertsons was "real" Cinnamon.. I've just assumed it was Cassia for ages..
Hi robertv.
Go to a health shop (wellness warehouse etc) and buy Ceylon cinnamon.
Brands vary.

etc.
But cassia is a type of cinnamon???
But its not the GOOD kind of cinnamon which everyone wants...
Thats why I put the "real" in there...
The ingredients listed include cinnamon.
There is a comma between cinnamon and flavouring.
Technically it's the most widespread cinnamon and the one 90% of the people have had. Also there are differences in the different species of cinnamon when it comes to cooking, the "good" kind doesn't hold up so well for that compared to Cassia, so in most baked goods if it's got a strong cinnamon taste it's probably cassia.
Cassia is for peasants. The ingredients listed include cinnamon.

Totally agree....
And in my opinion, I'm consuming Cinnamon for the flavour rather than any of the health benefits... so for me Cassia or Ceylon are both acceptable and I have Robertsons at home for most things...
Exactlythough I just checked and apparently cassia has the same health benefits as verum anyway
. The only difference is the taste
