I r noob. pls help

Does anybody know how to enable icmp requests so that i can tracert an outside ip?

I've got a marconi crappiola at mo and I just can't find the place where ICMP is being blocked.

Pls help.

btw does any1 have a email addy that i can send a fault to at telkom?

I search an search to no avail on their site. Just sat on line waiting for a half anhour on me cell......no answer....Vodacom is gonna b smiling all the way to the bank again this month.

Thats what you get when you buy cheap, a cheap modem. Set your Router on bridge and try RasPPPOE from your computer rather than PPPoE from the modem.
