I want a higher upload speed

I'm on 2mb line was thinking up upgrading to the 4mb line but I found out that it would not improve my upload speeds, according to telkom my exchange does support 10mb but I don't see it's worth the extra money for just a 500kb boost. I remember back in the day when Winston the Pigeon beat Telkom at sending a data file to the other-side of the country. and after that Telkom was pushing it's Winston Package with faster uploads on it's website. I don't mind paying extra for a 2mb line that has a higher upload, but I'm not sure that exists

my guesstimate for faster upload is going the LTE route or a WISP (Wireless Provider)

No LTE support in my area as far as Telkom goes, not going to waste my time with Vodascum and eMTyN

Did a speed test on MTN HSPA+ getting upload of over 3mb/s although download is at a measly, for now MTN night express might be my solution, still need to test Telkom though
