I will most definitely change to another 3G ISP as of march next year, I can't understand how you can possibly think that people will stay with your network when you raise the prices so ridiculously high... Adios CellC, maybe ill try out Vodacom or 8ta... They got better perks!

You are not the only one. My Cell C joy also ends in February. Hopefully 8ta's promotion will still be running at the time. If not, I'll just move to whoever is the cheapest, and I might have to cut down on my usage

ok for another year by then some one will have a special similar or better ( all good things come to an end ) :erm:

8ta has the best deal 10GB 7.2Mbps (same speed as Cell C) for R199 per month.

I do not know why cell c increased their prices, probably the worst time to increase with LLU and ICASA breathing down all the necks of Telecom networks to decrease their pricing.

Honestly, the Cell C internet has nothing special, they tried to trick us by naming it "4Gs" so we would buy "4G". Vodacom has doubled their speed so has MTN. 8ta is the best broadband deal on the market at the moment.

Cell C didn't increase prices - the promo just lasted so long everyone got used to the nice low pricing.
In their non-promo bundles they're still cheaper than the other beasts. 8ta's promo will also probably end soon.

I'm changing too, app 8ta deal will last for another year or two. So fine for me.
