I wonder when Iburst would help me with my support problem

This is getting ridiculous I have contacted iburst previously in regards to a problem I have when login into certain overseas websites. They have not as of yet 4 months later tried to contact me and solve my problem.

Now the problem is getting worse out of the 5 servers I login each day only 2 are available for the past 4 days the others I have to access via TELKOM.


There support is really bad and I will have to recommend that anyway looking for internet connection stay away from iburst at all cost

Please send me your contact details and iBurst account number or username.
 
Well still nothing from iburst, they don't even email you back.

What I would like to know is how in the world do they justify such behavior now is it just my support emails that they are ignoring or are everyone that has a problem being ignored. I would like to find out how they decide on who to help and who not.
