I would be very comfortable here.

Without a garden, allowing me to keep dogs, I would ultimately not be happy.

No neighbours with doggies sounds like a big score to me. None of my current neighbours have dogs, it's great.

So far, all but two future homeowners are American. “I have never experienced anything like this,” said Douglas Elliman superbroker Darren Sukenik, who with star brokers Raphael De Niro, actor Robert’s son, and Leonard Steinberg teamed with their company’s new development group to market the property. “It says a lot about who wants to be in this neighborhood.”

What's up with this anti-foreign sentiment? :wtf:

You should rather be amazed there's so little of it. If I was American I would be pissed off with all the foreigners flooding in. Same with the UK.

But "Americans" are foreigners in the USA.

Those condos look amazing though, I would love to stay there

Meh, can't stand cities. Would die a little bit every day I lived there.

Plus they can't seem to get a decent TV reception so that's out for me.

Not my cup of tea, but it makes me sick that some people get to live in such opulence, while the majority starve and suffer.

Meh, can't stand cities. Would die a little bit every day I lived there.

That's why I'm living a mid-sized town where MY rush-hour traffic is limited to 1 four-stop intersection.

And if I want to I can get to a secluded (yes, that means no other people during the week) beach within ten minutes flat.

EDIT: Ok, make it 20 minutes. The gravel road to that beach is quite bad so it will take a bit longer.
