iBooks configuration error after JB 5.0.1

Hi, anybody experience similar issues after the untethered JB release of 5.0.1? Apparently it's quite common however i need to find the fix...

I did read somewhere that this (I think was this) caused a few iTunes sync issues so you may have to just keep an eye out for that

None of my books would work properly after the update and jailbreak. Actually...I had some issues starting shortly before I updated the FW too...on a bought book. Too few pages, errors..lots of irritations.
I installed the iBooks Cydia fix..and installed the latest version of iBooks. No luck. Tried deleting all my books, got new versions of them..no luck.
Most books had errors, wouldn't load...too few pages, missing data etc.
After trying what I think is everything..I got fed up and installed Stanza and Bluefire Reader. No problems and enjoy both. I think Stanza is better. Not going back to iBooks.

Tried that... No joy. Been scouring the interwebz for days now trying to find other solutions.
