IBR Roof Insulation

I am looking to insulate an IBR roof from the summer heat in Gauteng. The area is approximately 36m2 and serves as an entertainment area.

I have considered the following:
Fibreglass Insulation with a ceiling
Isoboard
Whirlybird ventilation

Any suggestions on the cheapest method to accomplish the above will be appreciated.

Sisolation is what should have been put down before the IBR sheets. But can be installed afterwards. Available at most hardware stores.
