iBurst 20mbps ADSL2+ launched?

I have a number of questions regarding this service 1) Has this service been launched already? 2) Can you apply for this service? 3) Can you use other ISP's or is it specific to iBurst? 4) Does this service only work for people with copper lines that do not belong to telkom (seeing as most of the country's copper line infrustructure belongs to telkom) 5) Has anyone actually got this service who can provide feedback? 6) What is the pricing like? 7) I want this service

This service is for communities where there is no infrastructure.

e.g. gated communities.

This is not a individual service as in the ADSL from our competitors.

I looked for a more detailed thread on this topic, and for product information on your website, but couldn't find any.

What are the requirements for this service to be installed? How many units does the complex need to consist of, and how many tenants need to sign up for the service? Does iBurst carry the cost of the entire installation, or is their a part payment by the developer? I believe the line rental is appox R450 pm; what are the other costs that the subscriber is liable for (per GB charges, telephone line (SIP?) charges)? Is any local only data available, and are your subscribers allowed any News Server access?

From a service level point of view, what size backhaul is provided, what is the contention on the backhaul (to your datacentre)? Latencies, uptime, fault repair time? Can your onward links carry the expected volumes?

I am interested in providing this service to my tenants, but as a property developer, I don't want to run the network. If the service is priced well, I'll sign up personally, but I can't guarantee uptake by my tenants; what is iBurst's requirements WRT this situation?
