The function to have your iBurst account statement emailed to you does not work on the website. Why can we not view statement information in real time on the website? Please you can provide this functionality?

Email function works fine for me, today it was late but that must be from the server dying today. And there is a way to view your usuage online as well. SelfService -> tools (or something) -> usage (or something - i'd be more detailed if the site was up).

ps. Who are you asking the questions to? I dont think anyone here can provide the functionality you requested.

Dude, i'm not talking about bandwidth monitoring. I'm talking about financial information, like what your current account statement is, e.g. a list of the direct debits that have come off your account, a list of the all the bandwidth boosters that have come off your account, whether you paid for them by credit card, or direct debit, the dates these boosters were bought. That kind of information.

Oh, meh, none of us here would trust it anyway - rather use internet banking to monitor and double check.
