This is a long and drawn out story, but the crux of it is that I requested my account to be cancelled in November due to a mess up with my billing. I was contacted to agree that there was mess up with the billing and I was asked how I would like to arrange payment. We came to terms with the idea being that my last payment of R475 was to go off on the 1st of Jan. Surprize surprize this was not done and I was billed over R800 on the 4th of Jan. And my account is still open!! I no longer want my account, all I want to pay the correct amount and close the account. My iBurst modem has been in the bin since mid December.
