In an nutshell - after much complaining and escalation to executive management, iBurst conducted site-visit (free), installed directional antenna (free) and reimbursed lost bandwidth (3GB).
Sad part is, that you have to be a real pain in the @rse and keep on pushing them. I used to send them 2-emails a day, conducted speedtests every day and kept a log of the issues (currently 2 A4 pages).
After all that pressure, they did help and showed a decent level of customer service, just a pity that it is not standard practise and that their network is growing to quick without catering for the increased bandwidth demands of their customers.
ADSL installation date is 13th October. I am going to sell of my UTD (4 months old) and 1 Belkin N1 wireless router/accesspoint - make me an offer if you are interested.
