iBurst and WAPA

Does anyone know whether iBurst is a member of WAPA (WAPA stands for Wireless Access Providers Association. This Association is dedicated to governing the responsible use of wireless technology in South Africa.

WAPA deals with complaints laid against members and tries to resolve those complaints internally.

So if iBurst is a member, all our customer complaints which had not been satisfactorily solved, may be directed to WAPA.

Ronald or Gcebile, could you please advise whether iBurst is a WAPA member. Much appreciated.

@D3x - There are so many blogs and forums - Twitter and Facebook and more, where people rant and rave about iBurst. Yet iBurst still continue what they do best - giving poor service, but offers a great product.
I am through with complaints now. I need someone who takes ACTION and deliver - not just empty promises and apologies every time they make mistakes.

Well, I can guarantee you you have lots of support from this Sub Forum.

But, any company with these types of service levels really don't care what you do. Nothing publicly can make them look any worse than they are now. You know "The nothing to lose attitude".
