I think I have similar problems related to QoS:
I loaded Zello (PTT type voice comms pgm) and no matter what I adjust, especially the incoming sound warbles and breaks up.
Windows MTU and Sitecom 300N router MTU are both on 1392 and use a black iBurst desktop modem.
Signal is good and measured downlink 950Mbps and up 400Mbps max.
Skype gives no problems with good sound both ways.
Trying to contact iBurst is a waste of time - they dont answer emails.
