Bandwidth monitor broken on the website.
Is this how iburst starts off the new year ?
Is this what we can expect in 2010 ?

Dude/Chick run away screaming, iBurst is a sinking ship. Are you in a contract? Rather buy yourself out and cut your losses.

+1. I fully agree. iBurst used to be good at what they do. Now they're amateurs. I said good-bye to them 2 months ago after 5 years of good service.

I havent got one mail with bandwidth report in this month.
I see that im capped after browser hijackto iburst throttle knowtice.
Check website for usage , Website bandwidth report broken.
Check later now shows but obviously very off. No ways that i did 9.5GB already.
I am not impressed and will be starting off the new year with adsl i think .

The bandwidth monitor is apparently broken due to the migration of iBurst users onto the new packages. It took me multiple calls to their helpdesk, emails back and forth and finally a spewing of hate directly at them to get it resolved. It took 5 days with no explanation given but it is now working as it should. Good luck, don't go down without a fight.

But if the bandwidth monitor is constantly broken , how can they enforce capping?
If they dont know the usage , how the flying <censored> are we supposed to know?
