Iburst Business?

so im fed up of telkom. and i wanted to change our company to something wireless

so as i am typing this i am still on hold for iburst business
i started this phone call at 11: 13
it is now 11:57

i think i will just give iburst a skip even telkom's callcentre is better
if their phone service is that bad. i would hate to see their actual onsite services
 
12:55 the phone starts to play like a ringing tone.. then hung up in my ear

so after almost 2 hours on hold. thats what i get!!
 
That's weird.In 2 years never stayed for longer than 5min on hold.There must be a problem.Try again a little later.

Ps I'm not an employee.

Librarian. do you perhaps know another place with faster than 20 mbps wireless for business?
 
Although my iburst connetion is now much more stable, and I am happy about that, I can't possibly recommend them to anybody because of service problems (yes, including interminable waits on the line and being disconnected before getting through).
