"Review" seemed to glance over many of the important business-related aspects of the line, and I can't seem to find it on their site either.
- SLA policies (I see you can pay R1500 extra for an "enhanced SLA", from the review the line sounded pretty unstable)
- SIP lines - do they eat in to your allocated linespeed/bandwidth, or do you need to pay extra for that? (I know with Neotel's similar offering they're kept separate)
- Can you disable the shaping policies (this should be the customer's choice on a product like this)
The offering looks okay-ish, but I think Neotel's worth the few % extra you pay for it. I'd be very hesitant relying on iBurst for anything critical given their history. And a product like this should really be unshaped.
