We never recieved our BW usage reports on Monday or Tuesday (conveniently for iBurst). We then received the following BW reports for Wed, Thurs, and Fri.

Wednesday:

Purchased: 0GB
Uploaded: 136.86MB
Downloaded: 178.51MB
Combined Total: 315.37MB
Carried Over: 1.10GB
Remaining: 4.21GB

Should you reach the 9.5GB cap on the combined total, you will be redirected to a throttled service.
Additional data usage can be purchased by using the bandwidth monitor tool on the self-care web site:

Thursday:

Purchased: 0GB
Uploaded: 136.86MB
Downloaded: 178.51MB
Combined Total: 315.37MB
Carried Over: 1,128.28MB
Remaining: 4,312.92MB

Friday:

Purchased: 0GB
Uploaded: 152.62MB
Downloaded: 218.32MB
Combined Total: 370.94MB
Carried Over: 1,128.28MB
Remaining: 4,257.34MB

Thought the correction very strange and a bit bemused at the fact that according to the data, we did not use any on Wednesday.

You should also notice that at the bottom it no longer says should you reach your 9.5GB cap but instead says 9500MB cap.

They corrected mine to:
-------------
"Should you reach the 3500MB cap on the combined total, you will be redirected to a throttled service".
-------------
As the previous report said:
-------------
"Should you reach the 9.5GB cap on the combined total, you will be redirected to a throttled service"
-----------

Hehehehe this company. Even the simple things they make seem difficult.

BW reports are often wonky. I've gotten 16gigs so far this month (according to flashget's download history for the month) but according the the BW monitor I'm only 6gigs in. Not complainin tho.

They only seem to update the traffic logging when you actually close the connection. If you leave your connection open for the whole month your bandwidth monitor (almost) never changes.

If you can hold an IP for the whole month your email and webpage bw reports will remain at no usage even though the bw monitor will still throttle you after you use your alloted amount of bandwidth.

I know this as I've done it before the "slowing down", "dying" or "dead" IP nonsense started, this year I change IP as soon as I notice it to be not up to speed, this solves the slowing down most times unless there is a problem with the iBurst network.

Aye but the 16-6 gig thing with me happened even AFTER a couple of modem restarts. Proof it isn't catching all the data, but once again, I'm not gonna complain.

I know why it's not catching all that data but not going to say anymore about it here.:p
