iBurst cancelled my service

So iBurst cancelled my contract without me requesting it! Being Sunday apparently no one of use works today so I have to call them back on Monday morning. They apparently won't call me even though I've logged a ticket and this is their f* up...

So if you requested your iBurst cancelled at the end of last month odds are it may still be working because they took upon themselves to pick a random number and mines ended up getting canned...

I'm wondering if this is a blessing in disguise, should I use this opportunity to change providers?
