iBurst Cap problems

The day before yesterday my cap was about 410mb and yesterday it said 0mb left and 96.6mb pay per use. I got iburst wireless giga this month and ticked the box on the application form saying i wanted it to throttle my connection but i saw today on the website that you have to select throttling there which i did and it said it would take 24 hours to do not including weekends which doesn't. The thing is I didn't use the internet last night and today a friend I played WOW all day and on the iburst terminal it said I only used 100mb. When I log on to the account page on the iburst website all it says is I've downloaded 0mb this month. I would like to know what happened to the other 300mb or if i still do have cap left and its just an account problem which I think is possible because it looks like its stuck on 96.9mb. Any help would be appreciated because im not paying for this and my father will be pissed off if he finds out I could have bankrupted him.

Well, I tried to check my usage on the I-Burst website and once again it says 0 for everything, seems that a month in and I-Boss is still an epic fail, I swear I better not get double billed again next month or worse....

On the issue of zeros on the website, I have asked for an answer from the devlopers and will post the response on Monday.
