At the start of this fiasco that they call Iburst (ironic that it's going to burst soon), they stated nothing in their contracts (I read it) that they hold themselves the right to change it without the customers permission.
I'm talking about this torrent blocking thing going on.
Yes yes I know torrents are not strickly legal, but from a legal perspective, Iburst has no right to change stipulations in the contract without my consent. I mean, if you pay for Dstv and Dstv says you can only watch Mtv between 7 and 9 in the evening, it would be insane!!?
Iburst is doing just that...we are paying for a product only some of us (3% at most) are getting and that's fast, reliable internet.
It's like they always tell us the problem is from our side and we must fix it. I can smell a class action law suit waiting in the wings for breach of contract and misrepresentation.
Its coming.....darn its coming. My advise would be to get the best lawyers money can buy.
