I'm using an old Celeron pc with IPCop 3 NIC's and a two switches.
iBurst modem connects directly through the one NIC, got my PC's on the Green interface (2nd NIC) and the famlies PC's (through a telkom wireless router) on the Blue interface (3rd NIC).
I love IPCop, its very secure, it gives you total control and it iBurst dropd your connection it automatically brings it up again.
