Iburst connection constantly disconnects by itself.

Hi I'm pretty new to iBurst and could not figure out why this is happening. Even the lady on support couldn't help, mabe someone here can.

Im using Laptop User Terminal (the newer one) and recieve about poor to fair signal where I live. As soon as I connect the iBurst UT a new local area icon comes up in the system tray even without me connecting to iBurst with the dashboard. After searching for a network address it says limited or no connectivity.

So after I connect using the dashboard it'll run fine till a few seconds to a minute where the connection just dissapears and when I connect again the same thing happens.

Just for reference I'm running the UT on an Acer core2duo 2 Ghz, 3 gigs ddr2 800, Windows xp sp3

I have tried the following so far: Reinstalled drivers and software from site, tried to connect in an area of better reception, turned off firewall, none of this helped.

Anybody know how I can solve this problem?
 
Ok found out theres a Z-connect virus on the laptop thats preventing the iBurst connection from staying active.

Anyone know how to remove the virus/malware?

The advice I got from support was to format which isn't too practical considring the amount of data etc on the laptop.
