Iburst connection dropping and reconnecting

Anybody else experiencing this in Joburg?

It says connected but as soon as one site works the next site shows connection reset.

Ugh it's happening again today. Phoned tech support last night and all they could say is that they are aware there is an issue.

Whoop-dee-doo but can they explain what it is and when will it be fixed by? Nope. Sigh.
