Iburst constant disconnect

We have been with iburst for over 4 years now. The first 2 years was good with no complaints. It didn't quite match up with ADSL quality which is understandable for a wireless provider, but for the last few years iburst went nothing but downwards. The service is pathetic, latencies are constantly jumping and my connection last an average of about 5 minutes.

This is not due too bad signal because it never happened before, and yes the internet dropped a few times in the first 2 years, but it was not nearly as bad as it is now. I can barely open a webpage, it is impossible to do a download without a download manager seeing that the connection drops before 1Mb of data has been downloaded. There is also no watching or streaming a 10 second 480p video on youtube within 4minutes. As for gaming it is physically impossible. There is no way you can play anything online when you are only able to stay online for a maximum of 10 minutes(usually around 2 or 3 minutes).

I am very disappointed with iburst in general. I would not recommend iburst to anybody who have no other choice.

Leave them and get a fixed line ADSL solution. I have and am never looking back because your story is a mirror image of mine.

If you read carefully, OP is actually saying he would recommend iBurst to people who have other choices.
I'm not sure if this means iBurst is better than nothing, or nothing is better than iBurst.

If you were to look back at story a that is a mirror image of yours, would it be the right way around?
 
What I meant was that if you really need internet try to get anything else, but if you can't then you will just have to go with iburst like in my case.
