iBurst contract

That's what I thought as well, but I just logged into myBurst and saw that iBurst automatically renewed my contract for 12 months! And that is after I replied to their Renewal email and said that I don't want to renew my contract and that I want to go on month to month. They didn't reply after that so I thought that they complied with my request. Guess not...
 
yeah, the online thing seems to not reflect things. I'm definitely (confrimed multiple times) on a month-to-month, they still send me contract renewal notices etc and online it shows i'm on a contract.

At the end of my first 24 month contract I didn't renew for about 2 months but still got my monthly invoices and my monthly data... Eventually I renewed my contract and about two weeks later I got a call and was told that I needed to renew. I just lol'd a the lady on the phone.
