Does the Iburst coverage map update daily or not, because it seems it does not update

Does the Iburst coverage map update daily or not, because it seems it does not update

To update daily would mean that they are installing new towers every day. I think they would only update the coverage map when they roll out more towers or increase the range of existing towers.
