iBurst daily problems

Hi

Everyday between 16h30 & 17h30 my iBurst speed goes for a long walk to freedom

My configuration is 2 Desktop iBurst modems on a Dual Wan router with 2 Flat panel antenna's. This gives me a average of 1.2bm/s download and 240kb/s upload. Come 16h30 every freaking day it drops to 600kb/s download & 100kb/s upload. I am not sure if it's only me or does everybody experience this problem?

That is the time when it becomes faster in the Cape.

Have you noticed any other external conditions which could be effecting it such as weather etc?

Anyone else experiencing this?
