Iburst daily usage report..

I didn't receive one today after their system upgrade, logging into their website I found that the option for a daily report had been set to off.

Is this just me or has everyone's account been turned off?
 
*hand up*, they broke mine too, so... once is chance, twice is coincidence and three times is enemy action. And I've confirmed with a pal AND checked another account which I admin that all are off - yep, they broke it all right!
 
Mine was turned off as well. It seems that my downloads was uploaded and my uploads were downloaded or something:

Downloaded -181 MB
Uploaded -124 MB
Total 308 MB
Remaining -0.0
Purchased 0
Carried over 0.0

No wonder they stopped sending me the daily usage reports :)

With the implementation of the new systems there are a few glitches which the guys are sorting out.

Ok, new system se moer! I'm quite happy to allow for the daily report mail settings to be reset with the changeover to a new system and it was really min hassle to go and put it back - which I did, with barely a grumble.

But, I DID put it back, on my own account and others I admin - and advised people of same ..and yet, STILL no daily report. So, when these people start to growl at me, who's at fault here, hmmm? ...FIX it, dammit! (please)

You should get your morning usage mails tomorrow morning.

The Dashboard should be alright by the end of Monday the 24th.

the usage stats on the web site totals are correct. The up and down amounts should not be taken to heart and these will be repaired by the 1st of September.

I think the bandwidth usage on iBurst's site is now correct. Unfortunately the daily email usage page does not save my email address. Thanks to all @ iBurst for their effort.

ta. was wondering wtf happened there.

i really think iburst should consider overhauling their CRM tools.

i would :P (hint hint)

drop prices and introduce 2mb and it may even compete with adsl :D
