Sorry for making a new thread about this but since many people don't even check the old one anymore I decided this was the best route.
So to explain what the subject pretty much already did, after some extensive testing, fiddling and questioning me and a few other forumites managed to resurrect the DC++ Hub from it's shaped death and am pleased to announce it's back in business for anyone who wishes to join in!
Also, with our new methods it looks like high speed downloading is no longer location dependent as just a few days ago I managed 2mBs from a user in CapeTown. (Though don't expect THAT HIGH speed very often)
