iburst down? northcliffe surrounds

Hi all. Cannot transfer data today, dash connects but no browsing or email. Thought it may be related to the java update I did yesterday but same result on a different PC. I bought 1000Mb on 1st so although dash not displaying remaining data I know its not that.
Anyone who can help?
My Telkom line also down currently so I can't call Iburst (NOT calling support from a cellphone!!!)
