iburst down ?

for the past 2 -3 days my iburst has been sucking on speed...

i cant even load iburst.co.za ... or issit down because i cant even access it using my 3g ?

dashboard says 100% but every few seconds the ave - up down = 0kbps

The migration process is causing a meltdown at iBurst.

I told them to follow my advice.

Copy 10GBSuscriberList.txt 15GBSubscriberList.txt
Copy 5GBSubcriberList.txt 8GBSubscriberList.txt
etc.

How hard can that be and how long should that take?

I think with the iboss system there is just one user list with all the users and their packages listed randomly... and instead of normal letters they used numbers and symbols to list the users... only Vernan Koekemoer could read the list but he disappeared(some say he ate to much nandos and had a heart attack) so now they have to sit and manually decrypt the whole list... Then that can change the packages and then they have to re-encrypt the list using the ancient Mayan alphabet. So it might still be a while before the migration process is done

Some websites just take forever to open...including iburst.co.za. This led me to actually wnating to buy more data....but I cannot even log in to do so. I think they are making the 64kbs service so unbearable that nobody would actually want to stay on their old packages.

Just want to add that I too am capped and 64k is horribly slow. Even slower than normal! Speedtest doesn't even want to load.

Some of the local sites open in a flash...but OMG...do NOT try to open iBurst or Speedtest.net. I gave up last night trying out different sites...and also to top up. This sucks @ss!

I got capped Sunday night late, but last night when I got home the connection was horrible. Can't give you an accurate indication of when it lost it's wheels unfortunately.
