My email stopped working yesterday, at first I could only receive mail but not send so I then deleted the existing Outlook account and tried to create a new one and now cannot get any email to work. I have also tried Thunderbird but it also fails to create an account. I can still access Webmail with no problem. I have attached the error messages in the hope that someone recognizes the problem. I did contact Iburst support twice but could not help other than suggesting I delete Outlook and reload it which does not seem to be a simple task.
